Data Deletion Request

Your data deletion request has been received and processed by Plyn. Any personal data (name, phone number, email, messaging identifiers, stored preferences) associated with your Meta account has been anonymized and marked for removal from our systems.

What was deleted

• Your name, phone number, and email, where we stored them.
• Your WhatsApp and Instagram identifiers used to route messages.
• Any preferences or notes the venue saved about you.
• The messages themselves are retained in anonymized form for compliance and audit purposes, unlinked from your identity.
